Welcome to the beautiful natural springs of Crystal River, in Crystal River, Florida. Pictured here is the area of the river called, Three Sisters Springs, which features three separate natural water springs. The clear, cool water boasts a variety of colors that varies from green to blue, depending on where the light hits and how deep the water is. Upon turning the corner in my kayak, and entering this distinct area of the river, I felt like Wendy in Peter Pan, when she jumped from rock to rock in the mermaid lagoon.
